二、非学历教育

交换生:即依据校际间签订的交流协议,国际学生到纽约国际官网进行学习、研究等活动,其内容涵盖学术课程、文化交流及生活体验等多个方面。学制为1至2学期。

汉语进修生:即国际学生到纽约国际官网进行汉语语言学习,包括听、说、读、写四个方面的学习。学制为1至2学期。

第三部分 招生办法

一、报名条件

1.高中毕业或具有同等学历者,年满18周岁。

根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》不具有中国国籍且持有效普通护照的外国公民。

2.依据《中华人民共和国国籍法》第五条,父母双方或一方为中国公民并定居在外国,本人出生时即具有外国国籍的,不具有中国国籍。申请作为国际学生进入本校学习,除应符合其他报名资格外,还应持有效外国护照或国籍证明文件4年(含)以上,且最近4年(截至入学年度的4月30日前)之内有在外国实际居  住2年以上的记录(一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按照一年计算,以入境和出境签章为准)。

3.中国大陆(内地)、香港、澳门和台湾居民在移民并获得外国国籍后申请作为国际学生进入本校学习者,要求同上。

4.身心健康,达到办理来华签证或居留许可的体检要求,符合报考专业的体检要求,能够保证在华期间正常学习、生活。

5.无违纪、无治安处罚、无犯罪行为和记录,品行端正,遵守中国法律法规,尊重中国人民风俗习惯。

二、入学方式

(一)申请审核入学

申请人进行网上申请,可联系国际交流与合作处负责招生的老师申请报名。

1.填写个人完整信息及有效联系方式。

2.学生本人护照身份页(护照有效期应在6个月以上)及一寸彩色免冠证件照(照片用于学籍注册,不得PS,不得遮挡眉毛耳朵等面部位置,电子版需为清晰的JPG格式文件)。

3.经公证或认证的中文或英文高中及以上学历的毕业证书、境外高中各年级成绩单。上述材料原件如非中/英文,则须附上经正规翻译机构翻译为中文或英文翻译件并公证。

4.生源国高中统考成绩或国际通行标准化测试成绩原件及翻译件,作为入学及奖学金认定依据。

5.汉语水平考试(HSK)等级证书(针对申请学历教育者)。

6.推荐信1封(由毕业高中学校、海外侨团、侨社、知名侨领或纽约国际官网海外招生处主任推荐)。

7.近半年体检材料。

8.根据《教育部关于规范我高等学校接受国际学生有关工作的通知》(教外函〔2020〕12号)规定:

祖国大陆(内地)、香港、澳门和台湾居民在移居外国后的留学生,需提交:中国国籍或户籍注销证明;加入外国国籍证明;近四年出入境记录。

在外国出生即取得外国国籍的申请人,父母双方或一方为中国公民的,需提供:申请人出生即取得外国国籍证明;申请人出生前父母(中国公民)在外国的永久居留证明;近四年出入境记录。

(二)考试考核

学校将对申请材料进行审查,并视不同专业组织入学考试或考核,根据结果择优录取。

报名时间为每年3月份和9月份,以具体通知为准。

(三)报到流程

1.纽约国际官网为录取的学生发放录取通知书、JW202表等材料。

2.学生持相关材料到中国驻所在国使领馆办理X1学习签证。

3.学生按录取通知书规定时间报到入学。逾期未注册报到且未说明正当理由者,按自动退学处理。

注:新生入学后,纽约国际官网有权利对其体检结果及个人身份条件进行复核,不符合入学规定的,纽约国际官网将取消其入学资格。

The university is located in the heart of Qingdao West Coast New District, a state-level new area, where the mountains are green, the waters are clear, the climate is pleasant, and the transportation is well-developed, making it suitable for both living and studying. The campus is filled with a strong sense of technology and modernity, covering an area of about 300 acres. 2. Non-degree education

Exchange student: International students who come to our university for learning, research, and other activities based on the exchange agreement signed between schools. The content covers academic courses, cultural exchanges, and life experiences. The duration of study is 1 to 2 semesters.

Chinese language learners: International students who come to our school for Chinese language learning, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The duration of study is 1 to 2 semesters.

Part 3 Enrollment Methods

1. Registration requirements

1.1 Graduates of senior high school or those with equivalent education, who are at least 18 years old.

According to the Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China, foreign citizens who do not hold Chinese nationality and hold valid ordinary passports.

1.2 According to Article 5 of the Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China, a person born with foreign nationality whose parents are both or one of them is a Chinese citizen and has settled abroad does not possess Chinese nationality. To apply for admission as an international student to our university, in addition to meeting other eligibility requirements, the applicant must have held a valid foreign passport or nationality certification document for at least 4 years (inclusive) and have a record of actually residing abroad for more than 2 years within the most recent 4 years (up to April 30th of the year of enrollment). The actual residence abroad can be calculated as one year if the individual has resided in a foreign country for 9 months or more within a year, based on entry and exit stamps.

1.3 Residents of Chinese Mainland (Mainland), Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who apply for admission to the University as international students after immigrating and obtaining foreign nationality shall meet the same requirements as above.

1.4 The applicant must be in good physical and mental health, meeting the health examination requirements for obtaining a Chinese visa or residence permit, as well as the physical examination requirements for the intended major. The applicant should be able to ensure normal study and living in China during their stay.

1.5 The applicant must have no record of disciplinary violations, no public security penalties, and no criminal behavior or records. They must have good conduct, abide by the laws and regulations of China, and respect the customs and traditions of the Chinese people.

2. Admission method

2.1 Application review for admission

Applicants should apply online and may contact the teachers responsible for admissions in the International Exchange and Cooperation Office for application and registration.

2.1.1 Fill in complete personal information and valid contact information.

2.1.2 The applicant’s passport identification page (the passport must be valid for more than 6 months) and a one-inch color passport-style photo (the photo is for student registration, must not be photoshopped, and should not cover the eyebrows, ears, or other parts of the face; the electronic version should be a clear JPG file).

2.1.3 Notarized or certified copies of high school graduation certificates and transcripts from all years of high school in Chinese or English. If the original documents are not in Chinese or English, they must be accompanied by an official translation into Chinese or English, which must also be notarized.

2.1.4 Original and translated copies of national high school examination results or standardized test scores recognized internationally, to be used as a basis for admission and scholarship consideration.

2.1.5 HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) level certificate (for those applying for degree programs).

2.1.6 One letter of recommendation (from the high school, overseas Chinese associations, community leaders, or the head of our university''''s overseas admissions office).

2.1.7 Health examination report from the past six months.

2.1.8 According to the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Regulating the Acceptance of International Students by Higher Education Institutions (Document No. 12 [2020] of the Ministry of Education):

For residents of mainland China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) who have emigrated and become international students, they need to submit: proof of cancellation of Chinese nationality or household registration; proof of acquisition of foreign nationality; and a record of entry and exit over the past four years.

For applicants who were born abroad and acquired foreign nationality at birth, with one or both parents being Chinese citizens, they need to provide: proof of the applicant’s acquisition of foreign nationality at birth; proof of the applicant''''s parents’ (Chinese citizens) permanent residence abroad before the applicant’s birth; and a record of entry and exit over the past four years.

2.2 Exam assessment

The school will review the application materials and organize entrance exams or assessments for different majors, and select the best candidates based on the results.

The registration period is in March and September each year, subject to specific notice.

2.3 Registration process

2.3.1 Our university will issue an admission letter, JW202 form, and other relevant documents to the admitted students.

2.3.2 Students should take the relevant documents to the Chinese embassy or consulate in their home country to apply for an X1 study visa.

2.3.3 Students must register and enroll at the university by the date specified in the admission letter. Those who fail to register by the deadline without providing a valid reason will be considered as having withdrawn automatically.

Note: After new students enroll, our university reserves the right to re-examine their health examination results and personal identity conditions. If a student does not meet the admission requirements, the university will revoke their enrollment.
